Possess strong technical knowledge of Oracle applications modules stated earlier. Previous experience of working with Oracle Workflow/AME/BPEL is desirable. Basic functional knowledge of the above modules would be nice to have. Prior experience of having worked in the IT ERP support group of a discrete manufacturing company is a huge plus. Experience working with Oracle TAR is a must. Also, requires application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related functional and technical support, training and project tasks. Performs duties in one or more of the business applications technology disciplines in ERP applications and ensures Client internal and external customer expectations are met or exceeded. Given initial guidance, capable of conducting root cause analysis for issues and working on their techno-functional (80-20%) solutions Adheres to internal IT procedures. A strong sense of teamwork is a must Exposure to reporting tools like Noetix, OBIEE is nice to have Researches problem-solving tools and techniques and evaluates applicability to specific problems within assigned area. Provides technical input to ERP teams who seek individual’s input.
