Required: RIC/40 ACT Tax Experience JOB REQUIREMENTS Requirements: Business requirements planning, elicitation and execution Solid experience in the capacity of a business analyst gathering detailed requirements from business units and/or subject matter experts (not in the technology environment) Solid experience in detailed documentation of gathered requirements that will be used by technical developers to design the business desired solutions Experience in ensuring and validating that the business requirements are within set scope of project Experience in ensuring the business solution remains aligned with project and program strategy Desired: Work experience in the mutual fund industry Experience with mutual fund accounting (GAAP and tax) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum 2-4 years’ experience or equivalent as a SME, business/technical resource involving analysis on small/medium level projects, initiatives or production support efforts. Knowledge of TA systems and/or call center functionalities preferred.
