MQ Administration GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*Design, develop and Implement solutions for applications by engineering and configuring the IBM Websphere MQ, Message Broker and WBI Adapters (SAP, JDBC, JText). Design, implement and maintain overall integration infrastructure.* SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *• Design, implement and maintain integration systems infrastructure including fault tolerance and high availability solutions. • Design and develop Integration solutions based on IBM Message Broker and MQ technologies. • Install and configure IBM Websphere MQ, Message Broker and WBI Adapters (SAP, JDBC, JText) on Unix and Windows based environments. • Work with project teams to gather requirements to provide estimates, designs and solutions. • Performance tune Websphere MQ and Message Broker. Work closely with the development teams to administer load testing and monitoring. • Manage and maintain the environments by automating systems management and monitoring activities. • Assist and/or work with application development teams. • Provide 24x7 on-call support of Production systems on a rotation basis • Research and troubleshoot Integration and infrastructure issues.* POSITION REQUIREMENTS: **EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT:** BS in computer related field.
