In the absence of VB Candidate should have had experience in C#. Candidate should be ready to program in VB.NET Expertise in SQL server 2005 and all associated DB artifacts is mandatory. (stored procedures) procedures, Function,SQl JOBS, cte). Expertise in SSIS package will be an added benefit but not mandatory. Candidate should have had experience in all facets of an n tier architecture ranging from UI programming, process & DALC layers. Expertise in UI development with silverlight or existing MVC architectures is an added plus.
