Requirements gathering . Writing functional requirements . Design specification authoring . Code implementation . Unit/build test creation . Product support in QA cycle . Production support for Data Recovery tools Qualifications . Bachelor's degree (BSEE, BSCS, BSCE) from a four-year college or university, . Proven knowledge and experience with C/C++ and disk structure investigation would be a plus. . Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions in a fast paced environment . Ability to diagnose production issues and provide and/or influencing solutions . Detail oriented with a thorough and systematic approach to problem solving . Proactive thinker and self starter, with working knowledge of software product lifecycle and software business models . Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks within a team-oriented, technology-driven, fast paced environment where projects and tasks can change rapidly . Strong communication skills . Motivated to learn and create new and efficient processes and technologies\ . 3 - 6 years Windows C/C++ development . 1 - 2 years Windows driver development . Ability to design, build, and maintain Windows applications . Experience with creating and maintaining design documentation . Strong C/C++ programming . Experience using Microsoft T-SQL (Stored procedure creation, debugging, optimization, and tuning) . Experience in quality assurance process. .
