I’m currently seeking qualified candidates for an opportunity I am working on near *Raleigh**, NC**. *Our client is looking for *multiple PeopleSoft HCM (HR) and FMS (Financial) Developers for a 6 month + contract position*. Send me over your resume to *[email protected]* *Hiring Process: * Our client intends on interviewing candidates in the middle of December and hiring consultants at the beginning on January. The expected start date for the position is January 9th or 16th of 2012. *Job Description:* Working primarily to design the technical solution, develop it, test it and work with the ITS project team to ensure it ultimately meets the requirements. *Requirements for HCM Roles:* - Be able to leverage functional knowledge of core HR module, (including most of the following: Basic setup, Personal Data, Job Data, Position Management and Compensation, with additional focus on Learning Management and Profile Management), Benefits Administration, North American Payroll or Commitment Accounting. *Requirement for FMS Roles:* - Be able to leverage functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FMS modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Procurement, eProcurement, Grants, Asset Management and Planning and Budgeting. *Requirements for both roles:* - 2 years of implementation experience with version 8.9 or greater. - 3 years of in-depth Business Systems Analyst experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM or FMS. - 4 years of experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft development technologies (PeopleCode, Application Designer, Component Interface and Application Engine) used to technically design, develop and test interfaces, conversions and modifications. - Integration Broker and XMLpublisher experience is a plus. - Advise project team on best technical practices related to integrations, conversions or system modifications. - Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data structures and business processes within the application is required.
