Duration: 5weeks Here is the job description: Job Description: 1) Work with the existing client and Capgemini architects to provide recommendations for performance tuning of a complex web application.Need hands on development experience to fix performance issues as needed. 2)Review .Net application code to ensure adherence to predefined standards 3)Ability to effectively communicate with business users, technical leads and management. Skills & Professional Experience: * 8+ years of overall professional experience of full lifecycle enterprise application development with responsibility for architecture, design and development * 5+ years with web applications development * 5+ years of technical leadership experience including mentoring and code review experience * Microsoft Certified Application Developer preferred. Leadership experience must include: * Leading small development teams * Assisting other development team members and providing technical leadership * Strong verbal and written communications skills * 5+ years of experience with advanced application of Microsoft .NET technologies Technical/Functional Skills : 1. .NET Framework 3.5 2.
