Position: SAP Basis and Security Consultant. Location: Philadelphia. PA. Duration: 6+ Months. Job Description: *Candidate should have 5-7 years of Experience in the SAP Basis and Security activities especially in Windows Environment Preferably in Cluster Environment. *Candidate should have should have Good Soft Skills in the Area of communication and consultancy. *The Position is Responsible for all Aspects of SAP Basis Administration Including the Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of the Basis component of SAP systems *Assist in the Planning, Designing & Architecting of SAP systems. *Individuals Should be Capable of Working Independently or in Teams and have the Ability to Effectively communicate with Internal Business customers to Gain Insight and Develop solutions to meet their business needs. *The SAP Basis Administrator will Install support packs, conducts upgrades, perform backups/recoveries, system Refreshes, Troubleshooting, Administer Databases, Conduct Failovers, and Monitor and Ensure Performance of the SAP Systems as Well as the supported bolt-on Systems *Security Experience in R3, BW/BI, HR and Solution Manager. *Strong expertise in HR Structural Authorization is a must Since roles assignments are position based and Ability to assist in Troubleshooting *Created Structural Authorization Profiles and Assign the Profiles to positions and User IDs as per the Organizational structure. *Updating HR master data through PA30. *Assigning Roles Based on Positions for Users in PO13 Maintain Info types and Number Ranges through P_Origin. *Candidate should have Excellent knowledge of documentation, Problem analysis and solving, quality process and user Training. *Candidate should be able to co-ordinate between onsite & offshore teaM and Client Project with Onsite-offshore Model Ensuring Quality Service Delivery to Client.
