Position: SAP Product Costing Analyst Location: North Carolina Duration: 6-12 months *Locals or nearby * * * *Must have strong exp in Pharma* The candidate must have at least 5- 7 years of experience supporting FI/CO with an emphasis on Product Costing in a process manufacturing environment. The primary responsibilities of the Senior Functional Analyst include providing Product Costing production support. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, performing needed configuration adjustments, developing functional specifications, testing proposed solutions and documenting the resolution. Will designed and develop functional specifications for PC implementations and integrations. *REQUIREMENTS: * • Must be experienced in Configuration of Controlling Cost Element accounting, Cost Center accounting, Internal Order, Profit Center accounting, Product costing (Product Cost by Period, Product Cost by Order and Product cost by Sales Order) and COPA. • Successful candidates will have experience with at least two full life-cycle implementations of Product Costing in SAP. • The candidate should be able work and communicate effectively with financial directors to assess and document business requirements, develop and communicate design options, and train end users. • Must have experience in executing and trouble shooting annual cost roll up is key. • Candidate should be well versed in SDLC. • Candidates should also have extensive experience in requirements development, configuration, test development, test execution and training in a GxP regulated environment. • Must have prior experience in configuration of SAP. Interpersonal skills are a key component of the position as it interacts with company and client managers and identifies additional solutions in client organization on a daily basis. Performance is typically measured by completion of deliverables and/or achieving Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets. • Must have experience and deep knowledge in core Product Costing areas such as cost center accounting, material ledger, product costing (actual & planned), internal orders, settlements, distributions & assessments, master data, costing runs, valuation methods. • Strong understanding of all aspects of the SAP implementation lifecycle and a solid grasp of the ASAP & Run SAP Methodologies. • Must have a good grasp of project and program management methods and tools. • Knowledge of GXP/SOX validated environment is required.
