The responsibilities also include the scripting, automation, and support of interface processes. This person must have a thorough knowledge of Tivoli workload scheduler and be able to trouble shoot issues with the scheduler application and job streams. Work collaboratively with Business, Functional, Development & Operational teams to gather & document requirements & run-books for all batch scheduling activities. Perform analysis to understand time and volume dependent schedules and recommend operational strategies to optimize batch processing. Maximize TWS configuration for efficient execution and operational monitoring of SLA performance. Define & document technical integration between TWS and PeopleSoft. Including FSCM, EPM 8.9, ETL, PeopleSoft Process Scheduler, UNIX scripts and other components. Define & document integration between TWS and Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Work across teams to provide input to - TWS Infrastructure design & performance optimization, TWS deployment design & environment strategy Work with testing organizations to ensure operational readiness.
