Duration : 6+Months 5-7 years of overall testing experience with increasing domain of responsibility At least 4 years experience in performance testing, with this being the primary focus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/work experience At least 4 years experience in Performance Center / Load Runner Working knowledge of Sitescope and Introscope monitoring products Experience and self sufficient in using UNIX/Linux VMSTAT / IOSTAT utilities Experience in writing complex test plans, test cases, and scripts Excellent oral / written communication with ability to effectively work with onsite and remote teams. Can work independently and be self directed after normal on-boarding period. Demonstrated problem analysis and problem solving skills in a technical environment. Strong data / metrics extraction, parsing and correlation skills using Load Runner Analysis and Excel Knowledge of productivity application software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, etc. Ability to interface with all levels and across organizational lines. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
