Job Title: SFDC Developer Location : San Rafael, CA Duration : 6+ Months ******** Must be US Citizen or Green Card only ******** Required Skills: Salesforce, SFDC, CRM, Developer, Apex, Integration Requirements: Bachelors in computer science or equivalent work experience. Masters degree in computer Science or equivalent is preferred. 5-8+ years of CRM and Salesforce experience. Strong knowledge/experience in Salesforce.com development and administration Advanced experience working with Apex Classes, Visual Force pages, Triggers, workflows. Experience working with custom WSDL's and web services on the platform. Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com functionalities and modules. Experience integrating and working with App Exchange applications. Experience working with partner portal and sites. Strong Experience in code migration, code management and standards. Proficient in effectively communicating to a wide range of audiences in both written and oral form. Ability to articulate change implications for any process or system solution to any level in the business organization (from user to senior management). Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment. Action oriented. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; experience in both process and solution analysis. Strong customer service, communication, organizational and leadership skills. Maturity and ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment with aggressive deadlines. Desired Knowledge/Skills: BS/MS degree in computer science or equivalent SFDC Certifications (Developer or Advanced) is a plus Experience working in Agile projects. Experience interfacing with external systems like SAP, Siebel, BI, Informatica or Tibco.
