Job Title : PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 7+ Years of IT; 5+ as PeopleSoft Functional Technical/Functional Skills : *Should have good functional and product knowledge in the HCM domain specific to PeopleSoft ERP product. Should be well versed with PeopleSoft data models of HCM (8.3, 8.9, 9.1 versions).and has strong capability to understand the PeopleSoft specific data mapping b/w different versions of the HCM product. *Should be able to work independently and interact with different stakeholders / customers for requirements understanding and solution design. Should be able to work in teams and possess good teaming / people skills. *Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must. Experience Required : *Should have sound experience as PeopleSoft functional consultant and should be familiar with the latest versions of the PeopleSoft HCM (8.9, 9.1). At least 5 years of relevant PeopleSoft HCM functional experience. *Must have worked on the capacity of PeopleSoft functional consultant for 2 or more upgrade / implementation projects for large MNCs.
