Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: . Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience. . Proven experience in developing and implementing Sharepoint governance. . Must possess superior skills in SharePoint 2010 (through understanding of SharePoint out of the box features and SharePoint Developer and any related visual tools). . Must possess superior skills in Project Server 2010. . Must possess skills in .NET Framework development. . Must possess skills in Microsoft SQL Server. . Minimum of five years of web applications and Sharepoint experience. . Excellent written and oral communications skills. . Excellent troubleshooting skills. . Ability to develop detailed project documentation including end users training material. . Strong attention to detail. . Respond proactively to training, technical support and customer service needs in line with provided guidelines. . Ability to communicate and teach non-technical users. . Ability to work with people of different levels of the organization, backgrounds and technical skills. Key Performance Measures: . Successful delivery of assigned application development and project tasks. . Excellent customer service experiences by internal and external customers. . Effective training and support of user communities. .
