Job Description Job Requirements / Technical Skills Required . Experience in Retail Banking . Exposure to CRM systems will be a big plus . Ability to front-end discussions with client . Ability to scope/plan work with minimal guidance . Excellent Requirement Gathering & Management Skills is a must . Past experience in developing Business Requirements Document, Functional Specifications Document, Technical Specifications Document, hands on experience in Use Case diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Collaboration diagrams, UML, exposure in supporting UAT is critical . Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) . Prior experience as BA in Retail Banking is a must . Prior CRM and Product implementation experience is preferable . Should have good understanding of MS Excel, analytical skillsets and ability to manage process tools against unstructured data . Good understanding of multiple technologies used in Banking & Financial Services IT . Understanding of various architectures types such as mainframes, client-server, and service oriented architecture etc. . Exposure to SQL and Data Manipulation Language (DML), Normalization, DB table management (insert, delete, update) . Requirement understanding in terms of biz rules in alignment with the Data warehouse . Understand the data warehouse set up and data flow through. . Suctioning skills in terms of data mapping / data modeling for the data flow on biz gaps . Fair knowledge of data warehouse platform like Teradata, data modeling . Fair knowledge of SQL for preparation of L1-L5 analysis to bring out Functional Specifications . Testing capabilities on integrity of data and SIT/UAT support . Articulation capabilities to all stakeholders on E2E data flow / training . Project Management experience . Exposure to Agile and Waterfall model of delivery is preferable Role & Responsibilities . As a BA / Sr. BA your responsibility involves requirements gathering, analyzing, and performing gap analysis, leading teams and scoping work . Solution Architecture . Needs to do impact analysis of change in requirements . Involve in design reviews on solutions by Module teams and customer solution proposal. . Provide mentorship to the BA delivery team .
