Job Description: The candidate will play a technical role in handling Production Support and Small Enhancements. The individual must have good analytical and technical skills coupled with the ability to mentor effectively. Acts as the principal designer/developer for major systems and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools and existing designs. Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective application programming solution. Will code new or modified programs, reuse existing code through the use of program development software alternatives and/or integrates purchased solutions. Documents, tests, implements and provides on-going support for the applications. Skills Required: Provide technical expertise through a hands-on approach to teams and projects. - Participate in the design, definition, planning and development - Function as a hands-on member of the team, supporting the teams in the design, documentation, development, deployment, and publishing of various technical components. - 100% adherence to architectural and development best practices including use standard architectures, proper use of code management, document design and design artifacts and conduct design/code reviews. - Mayank Sharma IDC Technologies Inc.
