Worked in at least 1 of subsystem in IBMWCS . 2. Knowledge in WCS Developer installation and workspace setup 3. Knowledge in IBM Commerce, Catalog & Content, Precision Marketing, Social Commerce, Web Analytics,Order Management. 4. Understanding of eCommerce B-to-B and B-to-C concepts. 5. Hands on experience & Knowledge of best practices in the areas of eCommerce including Catalog,Marketing,Member Management,Merchandising, Order Management, Inventory Availability, Shopping Cart and Checkout, Search and Guided Navigation, SEO, Personalization, Gift Registry, Customer Service 6. Experience in any of the commerce frameworks. Classic Commands, SOI Framework (Service Oriented Architecture) and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) 7. Experience in any of the integration with 3rd party tools like taxware, endeca, Fredhopper, Intervowen, yantra, Sterling, Documentum, Bazaar Voice,Lotus Connections, Pluck is an added advantage, 8. Knowledge in Advanced J2EE Skills is an advantage EJB,Webservices,SOAP,Webmethods, MQ Integrations,RESTful webservices,RSS Feeds ,Atom Feeds,Remote Widgets,Web 2.0,AJAX Framework 9.
