( basic level ) · Capacity planning, Firmware upgrades and Fine tune of storage system for optimal performance. · Experience in Reporting tools like storage scope and Performance Manager, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning would be an added advantage. · Working knowledge on HP UX, Linux and Windows (i.e should be able to handle LUN configuration from the host side.) · FC-SAN, iscsi, NAS based configuration, data backup design and configuration (familiarity) · Data protection and backup recovery solutions familiarity such as using virtual tape, disk to disk to tape, data replication · Experience in managing SAN on heterogeneous environment (Unix / Windows) · Should be familiar with ITIL processes
