Java Developer
JOB TITLE : Sr. Java Developer
DURATION :12 months contract
LOCATION: South Florida.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The candidate must be willing to relocate for the 12 months term of the
project. Remote is not an option. The ideal candidate should have some
knowledge of working with Vendavo Profit Analyzer (PA).
The qualified candidate will be building and enhancing a JAVA application
within an Oracle stack for Vendavo Profit Analyzer (PA). Will work with
Functional Analyst to obtain specs to be used for building technical
design/building applications. The Individual will work on a team designing,
enhancing and implementing a JAVA application in support of the new Vendavo
Profit Analyzer (PA) application.
The Individual will be expected to have a minimum of 3-5 years skillset in the
following area:
-J2SE 5.0 environment and API.
-J2EE 1.4/5.0 environment and API.
-HTTP, XML, WSDL, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery.
-AJAX frameworks and concepts.
-SQL and relational databases.
-Full Software Development cycle.
-Experience gathering of software requirements.
-Experience building interactive intranet web sites.
-Experience with frameworks such as Struts or Spring.
*Excellent verbal, documentation, troubleshooting and debugging skills.
*Highly motivated
