* * *Skills:* Administrator – Data Network L3 *Potential Start Date:* ASAP *Location: * St. Louis, MO *Duration:* 6 Months * * • Support Network remote operations and monitoring, including remote diagnostics, remote administration, and remote problem resolution and, if necessary, traveling to sites in Saint Louis • Notify ABI of any need for any unscheduled or scheduled interruption • Proactively report to ABI on Network performance, resource shortages, utilization statistics, and trends on monthly basis. • Perform regular optimization analyses and reporting prior to and following any major transitions or changes. • Provide Onsite support for break-fix at remote locations leveraging the 3rd Party maintenance contract vendor “Canvas” • Interface with ABI’s Site contact at remote locations (Other than Saint Louis) to full-fill any Hard IMAC tickets. • Provide Monthly network performance reports (Availability, Utilization etc.,) leveraging the tools implemented at ABI • Provide Monthly SLA Report for the parameters listed in Section 2.4 • Generate ad-hoc reports as and when required with a cap on mutually agreeable number of reports. • Develop appropriate documentation for supporting the Network operations and maintain it up-to-date • Co-ordinate with Transport service Providers to deliver the required availability for ABI sites • Provide necessary support for installation and Configuration of Cisco and HP network devices which are part of the BAU refresh projects • Co-ordinate with OEM providers, ABI and OEM maintenance suppliers to ensure smooth Spares replacement (RMA). • Troubleshoot and resolve cabling/wiring related incidents within the LAN infrastructure as part of ongoing support. • Administer Wireless Access Points and Wireless Access Controllers • Provide Level-3 Advanced Troubleshooting of incidents for the data network devices namely • Load Balancers • LAN Switches • Wireless Access Points & Controllers • WAN Optimizers • Support Network devices which are part of DMZ and Extranet • Provide Capacity management inputs to ABI as and when required • Support data Network devices for Site to Site and Client to Site Remote access VPN connections • Understand UCS Environment in ABI and provide necessary network device related support for the ABI’s Server Management team • Configure Quality of Service as and when required for Voice transport over the network managed by Wipro • Perform configuration management leveraging the tools implemented at ABI • Perform change management on the devices • Co-ordinate with ABI and other technology support teams including Sungard to perform annual Disaster Recovery exercise in Saint Louis and Philadelphia locations. • Perform out of band management for supporting the devices and systems management • Co-ordinate with UPS vendor for failures which supplies power to critical equipments. • Assist project team and transport vendor with all Business As Usual (BAU / transition to support responsibilities) required when new infrastructure is implemented. • Provide inputs on ABI annually or more frequent as needed to prioritize refresh/replacement initiatives to maintain infrastructure viability, its Risk and Sustainability • Provide inputs to ABI on infrastructure rationalization/centralization studies to determine lower cost infrastructure/processes • Validate and maintain equipment/software inventories in ITAM or other system of record (reconcile annually) • Analyze and present current state device inventory configuration information across the network infrastructure (quarterly) derived from the configuration management tools. • Utilize existing Netscout infrastructure at 3rd levels in support of incident, problem, and capacity management • Perform other duties as assigned Thanks & Regards, N.Sivakumar || [email protected] || 813 600 5429 G-Talk: sk.us.staffing Yahoo IM: sk1usstaffing -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
