**Minimum of two years of Dynamics AX experience* (Preferably Dynamics AX 2009) Services support – Understanding workflow processing between services. Extensive knowledge on T-SQL Scripting, Stored procedures and Jobs (SQL Server 2008) * Roles & Responsibilities * · Operational Process Management Skills – ITIL (5+ Years) · Configuration management · ONCALL Rotation · Tier 2 Support , drive the resolution along with managing the response time · Troubleshoot PRODUCTION issues technically and functionally and resolve them to closure · Coordinating with Tier 1 Support to address the ticket/incident for quicker resolution.
