Proven experience implementing systems for multiple LOBs by following standard quality guidelines and procedures . Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using technology and/or integrating diverse user systems . Exceptional experience gaining an understanding of client's requirements and ability to see their perspective clearly, along with the ability to persuade client .
