*Location : Eden Prairie, MN Duration: 6+ Months ** *The individual must display a broad understanding of internetworking technology principles with demonstrated expertise in *DNS/DHCP, BIND (Unix/Solaris), scripting in shell & Perl.* *Technological Requirements –* - Strong knowledge in *DNS*, *DHCP*, *IP addressing, IP Subnets*. - *Must have worked in large scale business environment consisting of more than 20+ DNS/DHCP servers/clusters.* - Working knowledge in TCP/IP and programming language. - Administration of DNS/DHCP delivery systems is mandatory.. - Must have knowledge on ITIL environment and Best practices. - Support client’s normal business hours, and on-call rotation. - Should be ready for 24X7. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. *Required primary skills:* - *Strong knowledge in DNS/DHCP administration on Unix/Solaris/Linux *. - Hands on experience with Unix operating system- Level 2 (SUN Solaris preferred) - Basic database concepts and SQL. - *Experience on DNS data management through scripts (shell/PERL) and designing DNS database*. *Other skills:* - Basic understanding of networking/data communication concepts – administration experience preferred. - Hands on experience with *Infoblox *DNS appliance will be preferable.
