§ 10 to 12 years overall IT experience including 8+ years of strong progressive IT experience in the application development space, 5 - 6 years hands-on design experience. § Candidates should have working experience around the following competencies: Minimum 10+ years of Java/J2EE experience - Must have prior experience as an Architect - Experienced with Struts (preferably Struts2) & Spring Core framework - Experienced with Tomcat & WebSphere - Experienced working with web server & app server - Experienced with Hibernate and Postgres/Oracle/Netezza - Strong knowledge in SQL and working knowledge of warehouse systems like Teradata / Netezza - Experienced with JSP (UI) development - Experienced with Maven/ANT - Experience with Scalability - Experience with Profiling § Understanding of the link between business needs and application technology § Work well in a multidiscipline team environment providing leadership in areas of expertise § Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Thanks. - Mayank Sharma IDC Technologies Inc.
