Detailed JD:

-->CRM DOMAIN(L3)-Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process 
Improvement areas and suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement 
Capability creation within the organization both on the Domain and the Package 
Should be able to mentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design 
demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - Hitech/ 
Manufacturing/Telecom Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their 
professional development Work with Business Development to participate in the bid 
process both in proposal preparation and client presentations creating 
differentiators is-a-via competition

-->CRM Technical(L3)-

-->Siebel Architecture(L3)-Understanding of server sizing, deployment of 
components into the server topology. Knowledge of performance tuning and 
performance management methodology. Knowledge of SARM

-->Siebel On Demand Development(L2)-Experience doing design in the areas of Access 
Control &  Data Visibility, Workflow and Assignment, Customizing Fields &  Pages, 
Administration, Data Import and Export, Report Development, Customization Limitations, 
Call Center Integration
