Job Title : Salesforce CRM Consultant w/ Veeva*

*Location : Indianapolis, IN
Duration : 12 Months

*Provide voice based support for US and Puerto Rico sales representatives
on Veeva CRM

·        Strong focus on customer service and doing whatever it takes to
resolve customer issues and questions.

·        Creation of ad hoc reports in Veeva to assist users.

·        Knowledge of the Salesforce.com multitenant architecture and the
force.com platform

·        Knowledge or roles, profiles, sharing rules  and other user access
control in Salesforce.com

·        Ability to create reports and dashboards as needed.

·        Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and the model under which the
sales reps operate.

·        Creating checklists and other documentation for the team.

·        Train other team members on new concepts and methodologies related
to the Veeva implementation

·        Lead meetings with the client and other teams on issues impacting
Veeva.

Experience in trouble ticket tracking and updating tools such as Remedy
