Experience with R12 is required 3 years of experience with Oracle Payroll Strong working knowledge of Payroll and HR APIs and knowledge of Oracle Alerts * *Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business architecture, administration, AOL, FND etc. Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Discoverer, ADI, XML Publisher) Strong knowledge in Oracle application extension/customizations, PL/SQL, SQL*PLUS, Forms 6i, Report 6i, Workflow, Shell Scripting and Discoverer Good understanding of Oracle Application System Administration Provides technical expertise during reviews of design and build components. Completion of at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle 11i project implementations Provides guidance, offer suggestions, insights and best practice approaches to design, integration, and development components using AIM methodology High degree of adaptability. Incumbent will be faced with a variety of issues on a day-to-day basis and will be expected to respond to these issues appropriately and in a timely manner Detail oriented; Results driven; Must be able excel in a deadline driven environment Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
