Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional designs across applications. Proficient in knowledge of business applications and word processing and flow charting tools. This position should typically be used for a mid-level, more seasoned, fully proficient resource. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Business Systems Analyst in Credit Card Services, you will serve as liaison between IT and business end-users. Work with the business to analyze business requirements and review/produce specifications for any new/change to technology applications. Work with the Technical Lead and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications. Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted and help develop a change management/training plan. Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team. Qualifications: •Critical need for strong communication skills.
