Ensuring Wintel/VMware vSphere servers backups are completed as scheduled . Coordination with other support functions (Ex: DC Facility and Enterprise monitoring) . Daily Health Checks . Incident/Change/problem handling . Participating in DR drill . Asset Management & Reporting . SOP updation Functional Skills and Abilities . Good verbal and written communication skills .
