Complete Description: Create and maintain infrastructure standards documentation as it relates to Citrix infrastructure systems design, configuration, support, and processes. Identify, create, communicate, and implement Process Engineering for technologies to create end-to-end service offerings. Must have the ability to create, assimilate and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner via text-based, technical data flows and diagrams. Manage several tasks simultaneously, regularly reviewing priorities to be sure that projects are completed on time. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of infrastructure standards documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems design, configuration, support, and engineering processes for end-to-end service offerings. Responsible for related engineering documentation for Citrix activities related to CTP Performs infrastructure certification testing for approved CTP applications Proactively monitor, test, collect and analyze Citrix system performance statistical data to improve quality of the CTP platform and related application environments. Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and troubleshooting issues within a multi-vendor software distribution infrastructure.
