*Respond back to **** [email protected]****** *Title: .Net Developer * *Location: NYC, NY * *Duration: Long Term* *Work Summary* • Has 8+ years of experience in Software development using .Net, C#, MS SQL 2008, XML • Preferably with Banking and Financial domain. • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience leading a development team of five or more people. • Will be responsible for managing software development team by providing technical direction and helping to ensure that the project is completed on time. • Will be responsible for designing and developing software applications, unit testing, debugging new and/or existing software, performance tuning and optimization of existing code. • Should be able to interact with business users, technical analysts and SME’s to arrive at possible solutions to complex issues. • Should be able to support UAT and Production issues. • Proven ability to design and develop large scale, complex applications. • Ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines. • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical specifications. • Should do thorough code reviews and reviews of deliverables of the team before sending them to onsite. • Ability to co-ordinate efforts between onsite and offshore.
