A Development Lead manages the scope of work through a formal change control process, break/fix efforts by triaging and assigning defects to developers and ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and standards. Additionally, the Development Lead will monitor compliance to policies, procedures and standards and will conduct deliverable reviews. A typical Development Lead will possess experience in leading and delivering projects on a distributed platform and have technical experience and the domain knowledge required to perform their role.
