Sr .Net Developer
Location: Dallas TX
Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities

.       Act as development lead for a team of 5 - 10 developers
.       Coding and unit testing of application components using object oriented 
concepts
.       Understand the design and requirements to ensure that the code is in 
alignment
.       Write automated unit test cases and ensure 100% code coverage
.       Define and ensure that the code follows customer's coding standards and 
best practices
.       Effectively debug , trace and performance tune application components
.       Conduct peer review of code and unit-testing
.       Participate in component integration efforts
.       Follow source code management best practices and lead code merge 
activities
.       Interface with the testing team and re-mediate/track defects to closure

Required Skill Set

.       Expert programming  knowledge on the following technologies:
o       .Net framework 4.0, C#, WPF, WCF
o       .NET Compact Framework experience preferred
o       Prior experience with Uniface would be an advantage
o       VSTS Unit testing framework and code analysis
o       Oracle 11g, PL/SQL
o       Knowledge of multithreading in C# (preferred)
o       Hands on knowledge of enterprise application blocks
o       Team Foundation Server
o       Hands on with debugging tools
o       Prior experience with migration projects
.       Experience in developing smart client applications
.       Object oriented design and development knowledge
.       Knowledge of CMMi quality processes
.       Experience in building embedded application on compact framework will 
be an advantage
