My client is looking for an Agile PLM - Implementation Manager in San Jose, CA. Title: Agile PLM - Implementation Manager Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 12 Months (Extendable) Experience Required: 15+ Yrs. Mandatory Technical Skills: . 15+ years of Project and Program Management experience dealing with large, complex enterprise program implementations . Experience in integration of PLM with Supply Chain, ERP or CRM solutions . Tracking budgeting/forecasting and key metrics and deliverables. . Excellent organization, facilitation, coaching, interpersonal, change management, negotiation and communication skills to interact with all levels of company leadership. . Leadership skills which influence beyond formal authority, proactively support activities within a matrix organization . A high level of discipline, results-oriented management process, and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability are required. Experience in conflict intervention and resolution, together with a demonstrated ability to confront issues is also required. · Should have experience and skill in managing external consulting partnerships through a collaborative approach to meet business needs · Should have lead atleast 2 end to end PLM implementations in any of the well-known PLM products like Oracle Agile, Windchill or Teamcenter. Desirable Functional Skills: . Manage implementation of solutions based on Oracle Agile PLM platform . Create high level project plan, estimate project effort and cost estimates . Aim to deliver projects within the budget and as per committed GoLive date . Define scope of project/s, manage stakeholder expectations and control scope through life of project . Work with individual project managers/leads to create framework and define plans for requirements gathering, solution development, test cycles, risk management, communications, organizational change management, training and release and configuration management . Provide regular updates on progress of key phases, deliverables and milestones to SMEs, users, managers and executives of business units as per communications plan . Closely monitor project and program risks, develop mitigation plans, identify issues and lead the team/s issue resolution . Manage project teams that typically comprise of onshore and offshore resources . Lead, guide, motivate. inspire and mentor project team members to excel . A key part of this role will be to ensure leadership engagement, and continuity of information among the various stakeholders. Looking forward to your response...
