My client is looking for an Argus Support Analyst in Thousand Oaks, CA. Title: Argus Support Analyst Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Duration: 3 Years Relevant Experience: 4 Years in Argus Rate: $60/hr. on C2C (All Inclusive) Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills: Overall IT experience required of upto 6 Yrs, with a minimum of 4 years of IT Support experience in Argus Knowledge of various modules of Argus Safety, Perceptive Empirica Good exposure to the Pharma Domain. Hands on experience in supporting Argus Good Pharma domain knowledge Must possess Excellent Communication skills. Customer facing role and worked in onsite/offshore model Argus Specific Knowledge Required : Provide L2 and L3 Support on Argus and its modules Monitor Argus services and identify issues with zombie services. Monitor specific file folders used as queue for any process issues that fails to clear the folders. Monitor routine system log files for errors and abnormalities. Execute routine jobs such as product-study-license master data extracts, investigator contacts, E2B failures. Generation of Product, Study, License(PSL) Update Report Generation of Global Safety Notification (GSN) Reports (Missing Email Extract, Non-Consent Extract, Bounce Back Comparison Report, Site Activation Report and Removal Report). Generation of "E2B Nullification Not Submitted Report" Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate Renewal of Dev, Test and Performance environments Managing the rejected acknowledgments of Argus to Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Intake, Response and Product Complaints (IRPC). Monitoring of Argus Component Failure Mail Box for example: safety interfaces & login issues Monitoring of the E2B, Structured and unstructured XML intake folder Send downtime notification for schedule and unscheduled or planned or unplanned activities Reconciling transmission failures using the Transmission Monitoring Report Looking forward to your response...
