Position: L3 - Oracle DBA Experience: 8-10yrs Location: Colorado Springs, CO Revised Rates: Can go up to $55-60/hr. Job Description: 1. Expertise in Installation, Configuration and deployment of Oracle 10g,11i database and Exposure to Real Application Clusters (RAC) 2. 6 - 8 years of experience on Oracle Administration (preferably OCP) in 400-500 instances environment. 3. Installing oracle server and client software, creating, upgrading. 4. Experience in Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g R1 and R2, Tablespace, Schemas, Space management 5. Experience in AIX, HP-UX platforms - AIX HACMP, HP MCSG clustering 6. Expertise in Application/ DB Tuning & Performance Monitoring. 7. Expertise in Patching, Upgrade and Migration of oracle database 8. Experience in working with Tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager's (OEM's), SQL analyzer, Statspack, AWR and TOAD. 9. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming. 10. Hands on experience in database backups and Recovery strategies using RMAN, Export/Import, Cold, Hot backups & DR solutions. 11. Expertise in implementation of physical standby database using Oracle Data Guard, Flashbackup etc., 12. Experience in Netapp Snapshot, SnapMirror, 13.
