Be able to handle multiple mappings concurrently · Strong communication Skills, both written and verbal. Coupled with the ability to work with cross Functional Resources (all levels of seniority) to communicate both business and Technical problems and solutions to both Technical and non-Technical audiences · Ability to maintain Strong attention to detail when documenting and analyzing required information in data mapping exercises · Requirements gathering: ability to lead the facilitation of requirement sessions including asking the right questions to get correct level of requirement details · Strong analytical Skills and possess the ability to breakdown and manage different streams of issues in a fast-paced environment · Support efforts to assess current state, identify customer Requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
