We are in the early stages of architecting a new unemployment insurance system. The primary applications will be built using C#, Entity framework, MVC, HTML5 and JQuery. We need a developer who can successfully develop using these Technologies. The systems to be developed are key in the paying of Unemployment Insurance. They include auditing, accounting, benefits accuracy, fraud checks, monetary determinations and adjudication functions. This position requires expertise in web application design, development, and architecture. Experience in relational database and structured testing is also helpful. Candidate will be responsible for developing new systems for the department. This will include designing and developing front end screens, class models, back end business rules, and oracle stored procedures. For this position the candidate will be required to be onsite in Salt Lake City 5 days a week. This position requires daily communication with a large team of developers and business users. The applicant must be able to speak, write, and able to be understood in English.
