Sr. Systems Analysts/Programmer Location: FL Duration:6 months Minimum Requirement: 6 Years of Java Programming Experience 6 Years of scripting languages (Javascript) 3 Years of experience with Web Services Integration Advanced knowledge of Java programming, Javascript, JSON, AJAX, Ontology and Semantic Programming Concepts, Data Architecture, Data Management Frameworks, Web Services and SOA Application programming and architecture required for ongoing maintenance, enhancements and expansion to the Client Citizen Relationship Management System - a suite of in-house developed tools used by the 311 Answer Center, by other municipalities and by County Departments to answer citizen inquiries, intake service requests, and collect customer service metrics for purposes or reporting. The vendor must perform development, testing, debugging and optimization of back-end and user inteface code that satisfies functional requirements put forth by users of the CiRM system.
