*C# .Net developer Bohemia, NY 9 Months Contract Rate $45/Hour on C2C or 1099* Sr. C# .Net Developer to work on new devleopment project. The application is for SW Distribution and will take pieces from previous work to create a new application. Requirements have been completed and documented. Upon deployment of the new SW Distribution Application the consultant will potentially continue the engagement in a support capacity; therefore, communication skills are important for the success in the overall role. The support aspect will include working with administrators of the application from around the globe. Contract will be for an initial 9 months. *Must have* A strong grasp on Object Oriented Design principles and the ability to write organized code. 3 to 5 years of experience using C# .NET 3.5 or higher core programming. Experience using .NET 4.0 is highly desirable. Knowledge of and the ability to create and consume WCF services. Experience writing RESTFUL web services a plus. 1-2 years of experience using Entity framework 3.5 or higher 3 to 5 years of experience using ASP.NET 3.5 or higher to create professional web sites. Experience using HTML 5, JQuery, and AJAX to deliver rich interfaces via with web. Experience with MS SQL Server *Nice to have* Experience using Microsoft Web API to deliver asynchronous content to AJAX enabled web sites. Experience using Autofac or similar IoC container. Experience using NuGet for reference management. Experience using Team Foundation Server or similar source control system.
