My client is looking for an OBIEE Admin in Shelton, CT. Title: OBIEE Admin Location: Shelton, CT Duration: 12+ Months Required Experience: 7+ Years Rate: $55/hr. on C2C (All Inclusive) Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills: Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (11i) Manage off-shore support team of 10+ members to provide Oracle ERP global support for Juniper Network users. Work with user community to implement enhancements in Oracle ERP environments. Ability to define and implement a world-class global support model and processes to improve productivities, qualities, timeline, and user satisfaction. Technical and functional knowledge of setups, process mapping, and multiple system interfaces with other applications. Overall understanding of the functional configuration and use of each supported system in order to accurately triage cases and route them to the appropriate resource for resolution.
