* Experience developing components and web services
* Experienced in application design pattern: Abstract Factory, MVC,
MVP, WCF, N-Tier, Domain DrivenDesign, Inversion of Control, Object
per Query and etc.
* Experienced in persistence technology: NHibernate,
* Experienced in RESTful service framework
* Experienced in Enterprise service framework
* C#, SQL, HTML, XML/XSLT, CSS
* Strong knowledge of UML, OO Programming & Database Architecture
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to project manage and juggle multiple tasks at one time
* Must work well in a team environment
* Experienced in Agile project management
