Description:
**The Project Manager will assist in the oversight of the Application
Development project for intermodal applications. This person will be
responsible for interacting with Project Leads and on-shore/off-shore
developers to modify the functionality of the existing applications.
This individual will be interfacing with the business units and
customers in order to gathering requirements and understand their needs.
The Project Manager is responsible for, but not limited to: scheduling
updates, budget planning, creating project plans, designing work flow
documents, coordinating meetings with business users, etc.
Required skills:
o 5+ years of Project Management experience (managing multiple projects
simultaneously)
o Proficient with MS Tools: Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
o Prior knowledge/experience in managing/working with off-shore resources
o Must have good communication (oral and written)
Preferred skills:
o Prior Application Development experience
o Waterfall / Scrum Methodologies
o Prior railroad experience
