DESCRIPTION · Develop new as well as support existing applications built on LAMP (LINUX/Apache/MySQL/PHP) stack · Troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis for issues with existing applications · Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities · Provide project quality and on-time delivery REQUIREMENTS · 3+ Years of LAMP development experience or demonstrable equivalent (Linux, some open server, SQL and PHP are must haves) · Open to Apache or MySQL alternatives (other open servers or versions of SQL are acceptable) · PHP5 experience a very strong plus – Should be familiar with the latest features in PHP 5.3.X including namespaces, OOP and auto-loading · Must have familiarity developing MVC patterns in either homegrown or commercial frameworks · Must have modern database development expertise.
