Overview:
· Responsible for the successful completion of enhancements to
existing applications.
· Directs deliverable development, manages and reports on progress
towards team and unit objectives.
· Efforts typically include moderate changes to existing
functionality with minimal impact to underlying architecture.
Requirements:
1. Drive business analysis, requirements and functional design in
Customer Care domain. –
2. Must have experience with *Teradata *and Functional Skills
3. Strong expertise with *DB design, ETL design and development *using
tools like TD, Oracle, Informatica etc
4. *BOBJ Universe, reports related design and development
experience*– nice to have
5. Good data visualization and representation skills using *Tableau
or jQuery etc building dashboards*
6. Preferably worked with large implementations of TD or dealt
with *large
volumes of data* (even in Oracle) etc
7. Performs a broad range of work, sometimes complex and non-routine,
in a variety of environments.
8. Understands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications.
9. Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to problem
solving.
10. Works under general supervision. Uses discretion in identifying and
resolving complex problems and escalating issues.
11. Usually receives specific instructions and has work reviewed at
frequent milestones.
