As part of support and maintenance activities candidate should be responsible for managing, 1. Coordination of activities within Infosys and across other groups where there are dependencies. 2. Communications with USIT Ops Manager and GI Solutions Lead, including status reporting and follow up on issues 3. Issue and Defect prioritization with business 4. Outage planning and management 5. Change Management and interaction with CAB and Change Management team 6. Monitoring of tickets using SM7, receiving requests/issues from super users/business and working on relevant L2 and L3 tickets. 7. Data load support activities (automated or manual if any) 8. Performance monitoring, maintenance and incremental tuning as part of ongoing support and maintenance. 9. Web Services support 10.
