Position: PeopleSoft Functional Payroll Lead Start: ASAP Duration: 12 months+ Location: Oakland, CA Interview: Phone PSFT Payroll lead with focus on SIT testing, defect resolution, Payroll parallel testing, configuration, data conversion validation, end user testing and training and payroll system deployment. Required Skills/Exp; Must have experience as lead for a PSFT payroll implementation with at least 12,000 employees and must have taken the client live. Higher Education experience a plus but the Lead on a major go-live is a must. Experience Required: · Must have 7+ years as PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS Functional Consultant · *Must have 5+ years in PAYROLL, at least 2 projects as PAYROLL Lead (at least 12,000 employees)* - Lead CRP sessions - Drive design decisions - Experience as a Payroll functional lead - Ability to write functional design documents and CSDs - Experience working with offshore development teams - Ability to work with complex integrations to legacy systems - Requires excellent product knowledge and facilitation skills.
