Job Description: Essential Functions Project Functions: • Communicate and document status to project leadership. • Work with IT and business test groups to support quality and acceptance tests. • Assign development activities to self and other developers. Track progress of assigned activities. • Ensure that all code retains logical stability, reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of Client's systems is in accordance with Client policies, procedures and guidelines, taking appropriate actions for all violations Non-Project and Cross-Project Functions: • Provide technical leadership and mentor others in general technical skills as well as Client applications and processes. • Provide input into general architectural decisions and design stability. • Provide input to assist in team and project process improvement. • Consistently exercises discretion and judgment. Experience and Qualifications • Several years experience developing applications. • Experience with multi-tier system design and implementation. • 3-5 years prior application development experience • Demonstrated experience with large scale application integration efforts • Have participated in more than 5 Agile projects • Communication - Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data • modeling and architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels • Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges • Demonstrated experience to influence and coordinate third parties and suppliers Education and/or Certifications • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
