Preferred Skills and Proficiencies · Sound knowledge of HP Asset Manager Modules (Portfolio, Financials, Contracts, Procurement, Software License management etc.) · Hands on experience on 3 end to end implementation project. · Prepare high level design, technical architecture and effort estimation for deployment & document. · Installation, configuration, Development and integration as per client requirement. · Knowledge of DDMI, SAM, Entitlement process. · Design, develop, test web services interfaces to integrate with other tools. · Good knowledge of scripting and asset auto discovery · Integration with the HP tools HP Service Manager, uCMDB and 3rd Party tools Active Directory, OIM, DDMi. · Developing code for Asset creation, update and delete using Wizards, Workflows and Connect-IT Scenarios. · Implementation like creating workflow, Wizards, Calculated fields, Itemized list, Profile Management and user management. · •Bug fixing and testing the application at development environment. · Release Management: Participate in release planning meetings, Promotion from Dev to QA, Production Readiness, Production Readiness Assessment, Promotion from Pre-prod/QA to Production and Post-production Validation and Response. · Strong oral & written communication skill & people management skills · Work directly with multiple stakeholders under stressful situations and help drive towards the program goals, · Resolve complex resourcing and program management probles through experience, research and detective work. · Collaboration/Partnering and Facilitation Skills are required. · Quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences and mentor other team members. Log switching and log tracking. · HP service manager integration with HP Tools uCMDB, NNM, OM, Asset Manager, RC, and 3rd Party Tools like SAP Solution Manager, NetCool, Siebel, SSL & Non-SSL Active Directory, Mail Exchange, SMTP using Web Services, Connect-IT & SC Auto. · Search engine and crystal report installation & configuration with service manager. · Web-tier architecture designing and implementation in fully load balanced environment. · Implementing, Development & customization of HP Service Manager 9.x by using tailoring tools & Java Scripts. · Development and Customization expert in document engine, Notification, Event Services, form, Format Control, Data policy, Process, RAD Application, Wizards, Java Scripts, virtual Joins, DVDs, Menus & Macros, Security Mandatons, object, all other tailoring Process and modules. · Debugging with both RAD and Advance Debugger. · Release Management: Participate in release planning meetings, Promotion from Dev to QA, Production Readiness, Production Readiness Assessment, and Promotion from Pre R prod/QA to Production and Post-production Validation and Response. · Strong oral & written communication skill & people management skills · Work directly with multiple stakeholders under stressful situations and help drive towards the program goals, · Resolve complex resourcing and program management probles through experience, research and detective work. · Collaboration/Partnering and Facilitation Skills are required. · Quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences and mentor other team members.
