*Description: *
This individual will deploy, maintain, monitor and support Windows
infrastructure-related activities;
Build new systems, apply software and security patches; Diagnose and
resolve system problems with the OS, middleware, hardware and
applications; Troubleshoots system and software problems; Establishes
and updates procedures and documentation; Investigate, analyze, and
correct software related issues; Assist in hardware/software
integration; Investigate vendor vulnerability updates and patches;
Performs daily system monitoring; Performs routine system preventative
and restorative maintenance.
This position requires good verbal and written communication skills, the
ability to work independently and as part of a group. A thorough
understanding of Windows systems, related technologies (e.g. Active
Directory, DFS, Group Policy), the ability to administer Microsoft
services in an enterprise environment and support internal customers
with a high level of customer service is a must.
*Required:***
·Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of
training and experience.
**
·3+ years of experience in diagnosing, investigating & resolving
client/server issues in an Active Directory Infrastructure.
·Knowledge of current Microsoft product set and features.
